We are so happy you found us! We started our photography business right after our own wedding, back in 2009, and we still get goosebumps when we show up on a wedding day and see all the incredible details and design our couples’ have put all their time and energy into to make the day absolutely perfect! It’s an honor to be present to witness and capture all of the important moments the day brings, and to share in the celebration of the beginning of a new adventure. We remember the research, the inquiries, the long, but fun, hours and late nights of planning leading up to the big day, and how amazing it felt to have our photographer, videographer, caterer, music, and flowers (to name a few!) in place and ready to go! Our wish for you is that you can enjoy each step on your journey to wedding day, and never lose site of the love and joy that truly are the center and focus of the day, no matter what comes at you along the way!! THE PROCESS

FILL OUT OUR SIMPLE CONTACT US FORM AND WE WILL GET IN TOUCH ASAP TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE AND SEND YOU OUR WEDDING CATALOG. IF YOU HAVE YOUR WEDDING DATE SET, WE’LL ALSO LET YOU KNOW IF WE ARE AVAILABLE THAT DAY!

02. AFTER REVIEWING OUR WEDDING CATALOG, YOU ARE EXCITED AND READY TO BE IN TOUCH TO TALK DETAILS AND BOOK YOUR WEDDING DATE (DOUBLE YAY!). WE WILL HELP YOU CREATE A CUSTOM WEDDING COLLECTION THAT FITS PERFECTLY TO YOUR NEEDS.

03. WHEN YOU BECOME AN INGRACE COUPLE WE WILL SEND YOU TONS OF GREAT INFORMATION, INCLUDING CLOTHING IDEAS AND HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION, THOUGHTS AND SUGGESTIONS REGARDING FIRST LOOKS, ORGANIZING THOSE WEDDING DAY FAMILY PORTRAITS AND OTHER DETAILS THAT HELP YOUR WEDDING DAY (AND PHOTOGRAPHY) GO AS SMOOTHLY AS POSSIBLE. WE’LL ALSO SET UP AT DATE FOR YOUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION, IF YOU HAVE INCLUDED ONE IN YOUR COLLECTION (WHICH WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!). AS WE GET CLOSER TO YOUR WEDDING DATE, WE’LL SET UP A TIME TO CHAT FINAL DETAILS, MAKE SURE YOU ARE FEELING GOOD AND GO OVER THE SCHEDULE TO ENSURE WE ARE READY TO GO!!

04. HURRAY, IT’S YOUR WEDDING DAY!!! ON THE DAY OF YOUR WEDDING WE’LL TAKE A FEW MINUTES WHEN WE ARRIVE TO CHECK IN WITH YOU, INTRODUCE OURSELVES TO THE WEDDING PLANNER (IF YOU HAVE ONE), BRIDAL PARTY MEMBERS, AND IMMEDIATE FAMILY THAT MAY BE OF SUPPORT TO US DURING THE DAY. WE’LL MAKE SURE WE HAVE THE BEST LIGHTING LOCATIONS FOR YOUR FIRST LOOK, BRIDAL AND FAMILY PORTRAITS. KRISTIN WILL BE WITH THE GALS AND MARK WILL BE WITH THE GUYS TO START, AND THEN WE’LL ALL MEET UP TOGETHER AS THE DAY GOES FORWARD. ARE YOU EXCITED YET??? WE’LL BE WITH YOU THROUGHOUT YOUR ENTIRE WEDDING DAY, MAKING SURE YOU ARE RELAXED, LOOKING AND FEELING GREAT AND ASSISTING TO HELP THINGS MOVE FORWARD IN A TIMELY MANNER.

.05 AFTER YOUR WEDDING DAY, WE WILL PROCESS AND EDIT YOUR IMAGES, AND UPLOAD THEM INTO AN ONLINE GALLERY FOR VIEWING AND SHARING WITH FAMILY + FRIENDS. WE’LL WORK CLOSELY WITH YOU ON YOUR WEDDING ALBUM DESIGN AND GET YOUR BEAUTIFUL IMAGES INTO YOUR HANDS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE SO YOU CAN ENJOY AND RELIVE YOUR INCREDIBLE WEDDING DAY! WE ALSO DELIVER YOUR DIGITAL FILES TO YOU ON A CUSTOM USB DRIVE.
